The Process

Find an Agent
Set up a time to sit down with me to discuss the neighborhoods you’re considering and how I can help guide your search.

Get Pre-Qualified
Before beginning your search, your first step is to get pre-approved for a mortgage loan I can recommend mortgage brokers.

Visit Properties
Now is the time to consider your ideal home’s location and amenities. We’ll attend viewings & open houses to get an idea of what you want.

Submit an Offer
Once you identify a home you like, you can put in an offer to pay a certain price for the home. I will provide advice throughout.

Attorney Review
Your attorney’s job is vital to protecting your interests, and to review paperwork on your behalf, to ensure a smooth transaction.

Home Inspections
It’s the buyer’s duty to request inspections and determine the condition of the property within
the timeline and contingencies.

Loan Appraisal
Schedule an appraisal. Your application with all documentation will be submitted to your lender upon receipt of the Purchase Agreement.

Final Walkthrough
The walkthrough confirms that no damage happened to the home since the inspection and that all systems and appliances are working.

Closing
Once the contract has been satisfied, you’ll sign paperwork, payment is exchanged, and you receive the keys to your new home!
